Mary Valley Rattler

The Mary Valley Rattler is a not for profit organisation dedicated to providing historical rail experiences. They operate steam trains and rail motors running excursion trip from the old Gympie railway station down to Amamoor. The first 7 photos were taken on Friday 24 September 2021 with a Classic Rattler Run. The next series of photos are from 2 October 2021, which was when the organisation celebrated the 3rd anniversary of the Rattler with three trains doing the run from Gympie to Amamoor and the return back to Gympie. A third series of 18 images beginning with the 'Graffiti Wagon' was taken on 30 January 2022 when the objective was to photograph the start of the day with the train leaving the shed and being taken up to the station ready for the day's excursion run down to Amamoor.
